Active HR 5 Step HR Health Check

What can you expect when dealing with Active HR?

Upon a client’s initial enquiry your Active HR Business Partner will have an initial meeting to request documents and detail that give a picture of existing systems and practices. Soon after the HR Business Partner will set some time up with you to step through the Health Check. This meeting takes between 1 to 2 hours and for some larger more complex employers there may be follow up meetings or enquiries that are necessary.

 

The Health Check report back to the client consists of:

  • Detail surrounding findings including an outline of any key points of strengths, gaps and avenues for improvement;
  • Specific no obligation improvement recommendations from the assigned HR Business Partner along with some summary information about where and how Active HR can be of assistance.

 

A full report debrief will also be offered to the client.
