Active HR Launches Emerging Leaders Workshop

This two-day skills-based leadership development workshop that has been designed to develop and shape inspiring and engaging front line supervisors or business service managers and give them the knowledge, skills and tools they need to be effective leaders within today’s workplace.

Our practical workshop immerses learners into an interactive learning experience focussed on developing skills that matter to today’s workplace, the skills needed to help build employee productivity, performance and engagement and to attract and retain quality talent. The high value program spans two separate days and also involves a follow through of two one to one leadership coaching sessions focussed on the participants leadership topic of choice. 

Rhett Stubbs – Rhett brings over 25 years of experience as a Leadership, HR and Change Management Coach and Practitioner and holds accreditation to deliver a range of tools that empower individuals, teams, and leaders to unlock their full potential. Rhett’s workshop facilitator style employs active listening, powerful questioning, exploration and applied learning to help clients gain clarity and insights into themselves and those they work with, and discover pathways towards improved functional effectiveness, greater confidence and competence and high performance.

 

Shannon Wheatley-Stubbs – Shannon’s speciality is creating great workplace culture and she also brings over 20 years of experience as a leader and culture change professional. Shan is highly regarded for her personable yet professional approach to developing leaders and her unwavering commitment to deliver outcomes that fully satisfy the needs of clients. As one of our HR Business Partners, Shan understands the value of the bottom line to a business and the integral connection that employees have on the bottom line and customer satisfaction, something that she focusses extensively on within this program.

Who Is the Target Audience

Reserved to a maximum of 12 participants per workshop, this program is suited to existing front-line supervisors, people transitioning into the role of a front-line supervisor or a business owner seeking to enhance their own impact across this critical skill area.
